  1. Service interruption

    Dear clients, we apologise for the interruption of our services on 11 June 2016 caused by a failure in one of the facilities used to deliver the internet service. We fixed the problem as quickly as possible.

    As a result, equipment upgrades will follow and planned service interruptions are expected. If you are still experiencing problems, please do not hesitate to contact us.
